1. Data controller

The data controller is A & L Marketing LTD, registered address Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom. Contact: WhatsApp +44 7462 154275 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT). Company Number: 15185033.

2. Data processed

Account and profile details, workspace membership, uploaded files and datasets, integration settings, AI conversations, usage and audit records and billing identifiers are processed. Payment providers handle card information; do not include it in datasets or conversations.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Necessary processing supports service delivery, authentication, permissions, payments, security and support. Potential bases include contract performance, legal duties and legitimate security interests; optional advertising requires consent. The controller must validate these bases and document assessments.

4. Third-party advertising

Adsterra advertising from bigotcomet.com is loaded only in an authenticated Free workspace overview after acceptance. The provider may receive IP, browser and device information and use cookies or identifiers. Advertising is isolated from dashboard content and is not intentionally given datasets or credentials. Declining does not prevent workspace use.

5. Providers and transfers

Hosting, authentication, AI and payment providers, selected integrations and Adsterra when consented to may process data. The contractual processor list, processing locations and international transfer safeguards must be completed. EU-only processing is not asserted.

6. Retention and security

Datasets are private and access is scoped by workspace and role. API keys are hashed and integration credentials encrypted. Exact retention, backup and deletion periods must be defined by the controller; immediate deletion from every backup is not promised.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw advertising consent. Contact the controller via WhatsApp at +44 7462 154275 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT) or using the legal notice details. You may complain to the competent data protection authority.
