1. Service and accounts
DataShowing provides workspaces, file ingestion, dashboards, read-only AI analysis and query APIs. Provide accurate account details, protect credentials and only upload data you are authorized to process. One account may belong to several workspaces; permissions depend on the role in each workspace.
2. Plans, prices and limits
Free includes optional advertising subject to consent. Starter costs €0.99 total for the first three months, then €2.99/month, or €29.90/year. Business costs €5.99/month or €59.90/year. Enterprise requires a quote. Plan usage limits apply; resources are not unlimited. Checkout must show the amount, billing interval and applicable tax treatment before payment.
3. Payments and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew according to the chosen billing interval and can be managed through Billing. Mandatory legal and consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected. Refund and withdrawal terms must be completed and reviewed before commercial contracting.
4. Your data and AI
You retain your rights to submitted data. AI analysis can be inaccurate and is not professional advice. Verify results and calculations before making decisions. AI is not authorized to change customer data or execute business actions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, access another workspace without permission, share unauthorized keys, bypass limits, distribute malware or violate third-party rights. External integrations have their own terms.
6. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance and updates may affect availability. Uninterrupted service and absolute accuracy are not promised. Any limitation of liability must respect applicable law and non-waivable rights.
